Text of the Month teaching with Do Tulku Rinpoche

For our Text of the Month event in March, we welcomed Do Tulku Rinpoche, who talked about the life and legacy of Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo and his extraordinary collaboration with Jamgön Kongtrul Lodrö Taye and Chokgyur Lingpa.

Rinpoche’s teaching was based on A Brief Liberation Account of the Omniscient Guru, the Great Vajradhara Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, a poetic tribute composed by one of his closest collaborators and friends, Jamgön Kongtrul. In this text, he eulogizes Khyentse Wangpo’s remarkable openness toward all philosophical traditions, his incomparable dedication to the Dharma, and his immense kindness to all beings.

Do Tulku Rinpoche is the resident lama and spiritual guide of Arya Tara’s Net in Germany. As one of KVP’s in-house translators and a traditional expert scholar, Rinpoche gives invaluable advice and support to our translation and editorial team, and is renowned for the clarity, warmth, and humor with which he teaches.
