Senior Assistant Editor & Editorial Coordinator

Kelly is our senior assistant editor and editorial coordinator. She provides copyediting, proofreading, and ancillary materials for KVP translations and publications, and supports senior editors in managing individual translation projects through the full editorial workflow. Kelly also acts as a primary point of contact for coordinating copyeditors, proofreaders, and assistant editors, and assists the Editorial Director and senior leadership in coordinating broader editorial processes, documentation, project management tools, and workflow development, as well as practice event coordination and collaboration with external practice communities.

Kelly has been studying and practicing Buddhism under the guidance of Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche and Jigme Khyentse Rinpoche for over twenty-five years. During that time, she has transcribed and edited the teachings of Jigme Khyentse Rinpoche and other Tibetan lamas. Kelly is instrumental in ritual support, event management, and communications for Khyentse lineage Dharma events in Australia. She has served on the board of Lotus Outreach Australia as both secretary and fundraising director.

Kelly has a Bachelor of Dramatic Art from Melbourne University’s Victorian College of the Arts and a Master of Teaching from the University of New England. She worked as an actor in film, theater, and television for many years, co-founding an acclaimed ensemble theater company and performing at international festivals across Europe and Australia. Kelly lives in Sydney, Australia. She devotes her spare time to dance.
