Alicja Żmigrodzka

Alicja is a graphic and multimedia designer on the communications team, crafting everything from static designs to animations and videos that bring ideas to life. She holds a master’s in communications and a bachelor’s in cultural anthropology. She’s worked in different communications roles at tech companies such as Google and TikTok, and for the past fifteen years has also lent her design skills to different organizations within the Khyentse Mandala. She studied painting at the Open College of Arts, and is also a multidisciplinary visual artist who’s held a few solo exhibitions. Originally from Poland, she now soaks up the sun and sea in southern Portugal.
