Rashmi worked for KVP as our Marketing & Media Coordinator. Her role involved creating graphic content for the project and coordinating multimedia initiatives.
Rashmi’s interest in Buddhism grew after her first Vipassana retreat in India in 2011. She was introduced to Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche’s teachings when she visited Deer Park Institute in Bir in 2012 and has become his student. Rashmi has a Master’s degree in Advertising Management from Boston University, and over 10 years of experience in communications which includes being a creative lead as well as co-founding a boutique communications agency.
Rashmi is a Hatha yoga practitioner and has been teaching yoga since 2019. She lives in Halifax and dabbles in all forms of creative expression, like poetry, music, dance, and drawing.
